Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment, please contact luxeskinbylaney@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure of cancellation and no-shows will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. You will receive a 15-minute grace period on the day of your appointment, after that you will be considered a no-show and your card on file with GlossGenius will be charged.
You must contact me for same day appointments. All appointments must be approved before arrival. An automated text message and email will be sent to your provided contact as soon as your appointment is approved or declined.
